Families should always know how the nursery works, how children are kept safe and how to raise a concern. This page brings the essentials together and gives you a direct route to the current controlled copies.

Website privacy
Kimmy's Nursery is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. A full data protection policy is available on request.
Visit enquiries can include your contact details, your child's age or due date, hoped-for start date and anything you choose to tell us. Portal access also creates account and security records.
To answer enquiries, arrange visits, manage nursery services, keep accounts secure and meet our legal and safeguarding responsibilities. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Only authorised nursery staff and the service providers needed to host and secure the website, unless we must share information to protect a child or comply with the law.
We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry or nursery service, and longer where records must legally be retained. You can ask to access, correct or delete information, or raise a concern with the ICO.
Concerns & complaints
Raise day-to-day concerns with Kimmy or the room team. Formal written complaints about the EYFS are investigated and the outcome is shared within 28 days. If a concern remains unresolved, or you believe the nursery is not meeting registration requirements, you can contact Ofsted.
